We are looking for a Help Desk Technician interested in working in a dynamic, fast paced organization. As a technician on our team, you will help support biBERK’s users at our Omaha, Nebraska office.
In this role, you will be an integral part of the IT team with outstanding communication, collaboration, and attention to detail. You will be counted on to respond to users' technical issues, and setup and configure new users and endpoints.
